This was JUST THE FREAKING SWEETEST DAY. Laura and Eric live in Chicago, where they met. She's originally from Pittsburgh though, and was going to be traveling home for Thanksgiving with Eric. They had been engaged for a while but couldn't really nail down the wedding plans and were overwhelmed with the wedding-ness of it all. Then, they suddenly came up with an idea that just felt right: they'd get married while they were in Pittsburgh for the holiday, which was just a few short weeks away. Laura got in touch with me and things fell together quickly and perfectly! Their families flew in at the last minute from all over the United States to be a part of their intimate wedding at The Pennsylvanian. At their reception, they celebrated their foodie lifestyle at Cure, where they were so honored to have Chef Justin Severino work with them so intimately to create a beautiful menu with many courses. We celebrated their love of the Pittsburgh skyline with some classic bridge photos, and afterward they toasted each individual guest at their wedding.
